KeroIQ
For food trucks and trailers

Built for mobile food operators who move — expanding to fit your kitchen.

The mobile-operator core is real and running: location scheduling, permit tracking, payments, bilingual crew, mobile POS. We started with coffee carts and we are growing to fit the full food-truck operation. If you want to help shape what comes next, we want early operators.

What the standard restaurant stack gets wrong

Three places where software built for a fixed address does not fit a truck.

1

Your location IS your business plan

A food truck does not have a fixed address — every week is a different mix of stops, markets, and events. Managing where you are, when, with weather and prep in mind, is a full-time job on top of the cooking.

2

Compliance on the move is harder

Mobile food permits do not follow county lines the way a brick-and-mortar does. You are tracking deadlines, inspections, and jurisdiction rules from a truck that is somewhere different every day.

3

Restaurant software was not built for the window

POS systems designed for full-service restaurants have table maps, reservation flows, and kitchen-routing logic that do not apply at a truck window. The overhead is real; the fit is not.

What KeroIQ brings to the truck today

Location scheduling — where you are, when

Every stop on the calendar with address, hours, and the forecast for that date and location. Weather-aware planning so you know what to prep and how much to bring. The whole business is location and time — KeroIQ tracks it.

Mobile POS on the hardware you have

One iPad or iPhone, orders and queue, your own Square payments and tips. No bulky restaurant terminal, no monthly hardware lease. Works the same way whether you are at a farmers market, a corporate lunch stop, or a food-truck event.

Permit and compliance tracking

KeroIQ ships permit tracking built for mobile food operators — deadlines, documents, inspection prep. It is not a cold pitch; it is software for the compliance headache you are already living in.

Bilingual crew and reporting

Spanish-speaking staff run the whole app and take orders by voice in Spanish — the order lands in the queue in English, or the reverse. P&L, sales tax, and CSV export are built in. No separate spreadsheet.

Event booking for pop-ups and private stops

When a corporate client or market organizer reaches out, track the inquiry, check your availability, and move it from hold to booked on a real pipeline — without a spreadsheet or a DM thread that gets buried.

Where we are headed

We are expanding to fit full kitchens

KeroIQ started with mobile coffee carts and is growing to fit the food-truck operation — bigger menus, kitchen timing, and the order flow that comes with a full kitchen. That work is in progress. If you run a food truck and you want to help shape what we build, we are looking for early operators. You get a platform that already handles the mobile-operator core well, and you get a say in what comes next.

Bilingual by design

Your whole crew runs it — in Spanish or English

California's food-truck workforce skews Spanish-speaking. KeroIQ runs natively in both languages — voice input, order queue, operator dashboard, all of it. A Spanish-spoken order at the window lands in the queue in English (or the reverse) — so whoever is at the window and whoever is in the kitchen stay in sync. No competitor does this.

Pricing

One flat program, priced by location count

Every KeroIQ feature is included on every plan. Tier is based on how many active locations you run, not which features you can access. Starter at $69/mo for a single-location operation.
